As the construction of wireless communication facilities matured from an outsourcing model which predominately consisted of a "cost plus" or time + materials model to a fixed price per task model, CGACC has tailored our processes and added skill sets to our team that support this migration.

Understanding how to construction manage in a fixed price environment while maintaining schedule integrity and high level of quality has been a focus of CGACC. Managing the traditional triple constraint of project management (scope, cost, time) becomes paramount if attempting to manage projects in a fixed price scenario.
